INAPPROPRIATE AND UNACCEPTABLE PRICE INCREASE

Despite commitments by c2c that car parking charges would not increase a second time during 2004, many customers were, over a period of several days, charged higher rates as from November; we secured a reversal of this, and refunds for those who had been overcharged. (It is not clear who was responsible for the attempt to bring forward the increase.)

However car parking charges are increasing as from January 2005.
