c2c have just published the proposed timetable for December 2006, for
consultation. This timetable is a complete rewrite of the current timetable.You can view this on c2c's website at

has links to an online feedback form where you can comment on the proposed
changes. We would also appreciate hearing from passengers with their views and
comments on the changes, you can contact us at by email

In summary the changes include:

The timetable has been totally rewritten in the peak, off peak & weekend remains
largely unchanged
•
The new timetable has been written around the improved performance
characteristics of the class 357 trains, most journey times will be reduced by
a few minutes
• Chafford Hundred and Ockendon will have an improved spread of services with
one peak train every 20 minutes
• There will be a peak service via Rainham every 10 minutes
• Improved late evening services (post 22.00) to Thurrock stations
• The new timetable uses a total of 71 of the fleet of 74 class 357 trains,
previously only 69 were used in the peak.
